Centaurus provides consulting
services to owners and managers of light commercial and multi-family
residential facilities. Our objective is to optimize your energy
consumption through minimizing operational costs associated with
energy products and related labor. Depending on your goals and your
budgetary constraints, we will develop a customized energy
optimization package to fit your needs.
For existing buildings, possible direct energy savings will be between 5-30%. Customer satisfaction, employee productivity, free publicity add to the benefits of "greening" your building. "Green" buildings are proven to generate higher occupancy rates and a possibility to higher premiums. Our project team will help with working out proper marketing strategy to maximize returns on your investments into green technologies

Completed Projects
We have successfully completed projects
with several single family home owners and two small commercial offices.
These clients purchased our lighting packages, currently consisting of
mainly CFL (compact fluorescent light) and some LED (light emitting diode)
light bulbs. Lighting probably provides the easiest way to save on utility bills. We performed dozens of Energy Audits for home owners throughout Central Oklahoma, in Oklahoma City, Norman, Chandler and Edmond, OK
Some of the services are provided by our industry partners through cooperative agreements.
