Thermal Imaging Survey different from a Standard Energy Audit?
For Standard Energy Audit we
use less sensitive Thermal Imaging Camera, which is sufficient
for locating insulation and air leak problems. We also
evaluate air leaks, HVAC system, hot water tank, appliances,
and general state of the house.
Thermal Imaging Survey is
vital when it comes to possible water leaks, roofing problems,
or structural issues. Electric problems are more noticeable
with more sensitive camera.
